In accordance with the agreement made by the Moscow Federation of Badminton and the Sportclub "New League", the badminton team "Locomotive-New League" has been formed.

The sportclub «New League»

The sportclub New League was founded in 1999 with the support of the Russian Olympic Committee and Moskomsport.

The sportclub New League became well- known as the first Russian professional alpine ski club.

The sportclub New League is the organizer of the annual international and not-international competitions on alpine ski: “President’s Cup” (Shukolovo, Russia), “Grand Prix de Russie” (Courchevel, France), “Millionaires’ Cup” (Courchevel, France) and others. With a view to develop and popularize alpine ski the sportclub New League has founded a chain of sport schools in Moscow, Saint-Petersburg, Krasnoyarsk and Mezhdurechensk and other regions of Russian Federation.

For the moment the sportclub New League is working in several directions both of the top sports achievements and the mass sports activities. The sportclub also supports Russian National team on alpine ski, mogul, snowboard, paying much attention to their training process for the Olympic Games 2006. Moreover, there are 5 open skating rinks in Moscow and Saint-Petersburg and the school of Maria Butyrskaya on Figure Skating managed by the sportclub New League.

For two years already the sportclub New League is an organizer of the “DON-Stroy Cup” - corporative football tournament (Moscow, Russia) and co-organizer of the “Asia Cup” - international golf tournament (Astana, Kazakhstan).

The first Russian lap of Jetski - World Cup “IJSBA TOUR. RUSSIAN OPEN” (Tver, Russia), organized by the sportclub New League in co-operation with IJSBA - became a prominent event of the summer 2005.

The major national Corporations and Funds are among the sportclub partners.
